Job Summary

Own the global growth engine by orchestrating multi-channel acquisition and retention at scale, with a Brand partnership for upper funnel. Build repeatable growth loops, a rigorous testing culture, and a robust attribution/MarTech stack to prove ROI. Lead the Growth Function, manage multi-million budgets, and align product features and creative with customer value to accelerate new customer acquisition and long term retention.

  • Growth Ownership: Own the global growth strategy across paid media, SEO/content, and partnerships to drive new customers and retention.
  • Team and Process: Build and lead the Growth Function, manage agencies and regional teams, establish scalable ways of working.
  • Measurement and Tech: Define KPIs, attribution, and data hygiene to enable fast decisioning and scale winners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Clear execution of global growth strategy
  • Large budget (£++M) → real ability to scale
  • Leads mid to lower funnel (acquisition → retention), upper funnel in partnership with Brand team
  • Own Global Growth Strategy
  • Build repeatable growth loops with a focus on ROI and new customer acquisition
  • Balance sustainable high-impact channel strategy with short-term business impact
  • Futureproof tech stack based on evolving digital landscape
  • Lead and scale acquisition channels including: Paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok other relevant socials); SEO and content-led growth; Partnerships, affiliates, and communities
  • Manage and optimise a £multi-million marketingbudget
  • Agile spend management based on performance signals to maximise growth

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Acquisition roles
  • Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets
  • Has scaled a high-growth digital business past early traction
  • Comfortable with data and attribution while having enterprise mindset.
  • Systematic thinker
  • Can challenge leadership with data-backed decisions
  • Reactive and agile, knows when to cut losses quickly
  • Deep analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Thought leadership skills re growth marketing

Preferred

  • Experience in fashion retail and/or luxury.
  • Global experience, including China
  • Background in agency management, scaling growth, transformation projects.
  • Tool experience: Google Analytics, Smartly, SimilarWeb, Brandwatch, Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamic Yield or similar.
