Job Summary

Lead and manage a fundraising legacy and in-memory marketing program, using audience insights to shape campaigns, craft storytelling materials, and track performance across campaigns and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use your marketing skills and knowledge to support the delivery of a fundraising marketing programme to increase awareness, consideration, and pledges of gifts in wills
  • Create engaging storytelling materials—brochures, case studies, videos, web content
  • Use audience insights and data to understand supporter needs, behaviours, and motivations, helping to inform campaign activity
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting against agreed objectives, targets, and KPIs
  • Support with the delivery of fundraising events

Requirements

  • Understanding of the principles of direct and relationship marketing
  • Experience of delivering marketing campaigns
  • Ability to create compelling and audience-focused marketing content
  • Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
  • Experience of and resilience to meeting targets and KPIs

Preferred

  • Experience of fundraising, legacy marketing, or cause-led marketing would be advantageous
