Job Summary

Own local brand representation and frontline customer engagement to accelerate in-person campaigns and optimize performance in a Glasgow-based D2C context.

Customer Engagement: represent brands in residential and event settings while communicating products clearly.
Campaign Delivery: assist planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives with a performance lens.
Team & Brand Presence: collaborate in a results-driven team to maintain professional presentation and consistent messaging.

Responsibilities

Engaging with customers in residential and event environments
Representing established brands in a professional manner
Communicating products and services clearly and confidently
Supporting the delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns

Requirements

Full-time position
On-site role based in Glasgow
Customer-facing marketing role
Performance-based progression structure
Due to the nature of the role, working hours may vary depending on campaign requirements

Preferred

Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, sales, or events can be beneficial but is not required.
