Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns (website & marketplaces)
  • Plan and coordinate seasonal and tactical promotions aligned to revenue and margin targets.
  • Work with in-house designers and external agencies to brief and deliver campaign assets.
  • Develop clear, persuasive messaging and copy across email, website, and marketplace listings.
  • Support and optimise customer lifecycle journeys including welcome, post-purchase, and re-engagement flows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign and lifecycle performance including revenue, conversion, AOV, and retention metrics.
  • Report on results and implement structured improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Experience delivering campaigns across web and marketplace environments
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
  • Strong written communication skills with a clear, persuasive style
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Commercial awareness — understanding revenue, margin, and customer value
  • Confidence working with data to assess performance and guide decisions
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
