Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase eCommerce revenue across both brands.
  • Generate qualified B2B enquiries through digital marketing activity.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic and online sales.
  • Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to align marketing initiatives with wider commercial objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and customer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement new marketing initiatives based on performance data and commercial potential.
  • Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead generation, customer acquisition and sales performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and revenue generated.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Digital Marketing or Marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing reporting tools.
  • Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and customer journey optimisation.
  • Experience creating website content and managing digital platforms.
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience producing SEO-focused content.
  • Experience managing social media strategically across multiple platforms.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and using data to improve marketing performance.

Preferred

  • Experience using Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
  • Experience using Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic photography, video editing or creative content production skills.
  • Experience within eCommerce, consumer products, health, technology or sustainability sectors.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
  • Experience working within both B2B and B2C environments.
  • The successful candidate will be: Commercially minded with a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Analytical and confident interpreting marketing data.
  • Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
