Owns end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns for Erasmus+ programmes, ensures data-led, compliant delivery aligned to priorities, and collaborates across internal teams and agencies to optimise impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manages and evaluates consistent and replicable multi-channel marketing campaign plans for
  • programme and sector activity.
  • Ensures campaigns are commensurate with project prioritisation, scale and scope and are data- led, strategically aligned and sustainable.
  • Plans, delivers and optimises paid and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Adheres to guidelines and policy for use of agencies and third parties in marketing campaign and communication activity.
  • Works with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign activity to agreed timelines and budgets
  • Provides clear briefs and manages the quality of outputs, checking brand and ethical marketing guidelines are adhered to.
  • Works collaboratively across the Erasmus+ marketing function, contributing to shared objectives and supporting delivery across campaigns, events and priority marketing activity as required to meet programme and organisational needs.
  • Works and builds relationships with the British Council Marketing Automation team
  • Promotes and champions best practice marketing through the global Marketing Community of Practice and the global network of marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering paid marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Experience in campaign optimisation and performance management
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions
  • Experience working with internal teams and external agencies
  • Experienced in the design and delivery of marketing strategies and plans to support programmes/products
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools
  • Degree in marketing, communications or a relevant discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience
  • Desirable: Experience in the cultural, youth, sport, training, education or charitable sectors
  • Desirable: Experience in a global or international organisation
  • Desirable: Project management and/or project management tools
