Job Summary
Own the core digital marketing engine for clients by running multi-channel campaigns, tracking ROI, and owning the client relationship end to end.
- Channel Ownership: Plan and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Measurement & ROI: Manage budgets, track ROI, and report performance with data-driven insights.
- Content & Relationships: Create content calendars, supervise content creation, and serve as the primary client marketing contact.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI across all campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Create content calendars and oversee content creation
- Monitor analytics and generate performance reports
- Manage client relationships as their primary marketing contact
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Strong background in marketing with relevant qualifications
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Project management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in marketing software (HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Competitive salary: £41,700 - £45,700 per year
