Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing engine for a B2B audience, balancing multi-channel campaigns with sales and product tech to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

  • Growth and Performance: plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, and social with clear KPIs.
  • Channel Ownership: manage HubSpot led nurture, website optimization, and content scaled across channels with data-driven decisions; GA4 informs optimization.
  • Measurement and Efficiency: track with UTMs and tag management, report insights to improve ROI and efficiency using AI tools to speed output.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns with clear, measurable KPIs
  • Monitor performance, analyse data and optimise campaigns to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, technical and R&D teams to deliver aligned and effective campaigns
  • Manage and optimise website performance, improving SEO, user experience, traffic and conversion rates
  • Enhance customer experience through digital tools, platforms and automation
  • Plan and deliver content strategies aligned to B2B buyer journeys, including keyword research and content optimisation
  • Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, including targeted B2B paid social activity
  • Use CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage lead generation, nurturing workflows and campaign tracking
  • Develop and optimise email marketing campaigns, automation workflows and landing pages
  • Grow social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging content

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital or content marketing
  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel digital campaigns end-to-end (planning through to reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email and social media
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Ads, as well as CMS platforms
  • Experience in email marketing planning and execution, including lead generation (MQLs)
  • Experienced copywriter, able to create engaging content across multiple channels and formats
  • Confident working with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve marketing efficiency
  • Strong storytelling skills

Preferred

  • Experience in a multi-site or international business environment
  • Experience in content production and/or graphic design, or managing external partners to deliver these
