Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital footprint for a Dereham-based role: manage websites and PIM, optimise the customer journey, and drive conversions through data-led testing and lead-gen campaigns.

  • Website & PIM: manage content, eCommerce, and integration with agencies and developers for front- and back-end improvements.
  • UX & conversions: optimise the customer journey to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
  • SEO & GEO: partner with the agency to deliver SEO and GEO strategies and measure impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Primarily Dereham-based, with some flexibility for home working. Occasional UK travel will be required.
  • Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the overall marketing strategy and plans.
  • Manage and update company websites, including content and eCommerce areas, as well as the Product Information Management (PIM) system. Collaborate with agencies and developers on front- and back-end improvements.
  • Support with optimising the website customer journey and user experience to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing agency to support the delivery of SEO and GEO strategies.
  • Develop and utilise data-driven insights and reporting to track performance, measure success, and drive continuous improvement in conversions and engagement.
  • Support the delivery of digital projects and campaigns focused on lead generation and increasing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Analyse campaign performance, evaluating results and identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar and automated lifecycle journeys, including building, testing, deploying, and reporting on campaigns, with clear recommendations for optimisation.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital platforms and marketing data.

Requirements

  • Experience with CMS Platforms, email marketing tools and testing/CRO Platforms
  • Sound knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong IT & Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Sitecore, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Marketing background and/or necessary qualification
