Job Summary

Own and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from design and setup to data analysis and client communication, while developing skills in digital marketing, design and landing-page optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the campaign management team to deliver engaging email marketing campaigns
  • Designing and building visually appealing promotional emails for client
  • Setting up, testing and managing email marketing campaigns using industry-leading platforms
  • Sourcing, preparing and uploading marketing data for email campaigns
  • Extracting, analysing and interpreting data to inform campaign strategy
  • Designing digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Creating and optimising landing pages to improve conversion and user engagement
  • Applying copywriting principles to produce clear, engaging marketing content
  • Producing campaign reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating professionally with clients via email

Requirements

  • Have a good understanding of design principles, including typography, colour and layout
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and keen to take initiative
  • Be passionate about digital marketing
  • Be curious and eager to learn new skills
  • Be able to demonstrate creativity through personal, academic or professional projects
  • Be interested in consumer psychology and what influences behavior
  • Be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
  • Have excellent communication skills and work well within a team

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or experience with an email service provider is a bonus, but not essential – full training given
