Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives and growth priorities in line with our business partnering team.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution in conjunction with the wider marcomms team.
  • Collaborate with sector, office, and service line leads and business partners to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Support the launch of new products, services, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans, coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen collaboration and connectivity across the wider Marketing and Comms team, promoting a joined-up approach to campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns within a law firm environment.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working effectively with partners, business services teams, and external suppliers where appropriate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing campaigns role within a law firm is essential.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting office growth initiatives, service launches, or strategic business development projects.
  • Professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or equivalent.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
