Responsibilities

  • The Customer Experience & Marketing Apprentice will provide a dual-function role, working across the exciting new Employment Hub to support both front-of-house reception duties and marketing and communications activity.
  • This role will play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional environment for residents, partners, and stakeholders, while also supporting the promotion of Community Learning services, events, and success stories through engaging social media and marketing campaigns.
