Job Summary

Own the Uber US creator program end-to-end: set standards, manage creator quality, negotiate partnerships, and lead cross-functional execution to maximize cultural relevance and commercial impact.

  • Creator Quality & Standards: gatekeeper for output across Uber US, define selection criteria and benchmarks
  • Negotiation & Partnerships: lead high-value negotiations, build rate guidance, and long-term talent frameworks
  • Ops & Training: upskill Creator Services, standardize processes, handoffs, and performance measurement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for all creator work across Uber US.
  • Define and continuously evolve creator selection criteria aligned to Uber’s brand positioning, audience, and performance goals.
  • Set clear benchmarks for content excellence across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency across all program types: always-on, seasonal campaigns, cultural moments, product launches, and ambassador programs.
  • Partner closely with Strategy, Campaign and Client Services to ensure creator output delivers against Uber’s commercial and brand objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of creator output and feedback loops to elevate standards.
  • End-to-End Creator Management Training & Capability Building
  • Own the upskilling of the Uber-dedicated Creator Services team across the full creator lifecycle.
  • Design and deliver structured training covering:
  • Creator sourcing and vetting methodology

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in influencer or creator marketing
  • Proven experience leading managers within an agency environment
  • Strong background in talent negotiations and agent relationship management (including celebrity and VIP talent partnerships)
  • Experience partnering closely with client-facing and delivery teams
  • US market experience
