Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of seasonal brand campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Develop production timelines, schedules and shoot plans.
  • Manage production budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers where required.
  • Support campaign concept development from a production perspective.
  • Create detailed call sheets, shot lists and production schedules.
  • Coordinate locations, logistics, props, equipment and talent as required.
  • Work closely with photographers, stylists and creatives to ensure shoot readiness.
  • Oversee shoot-day operations and ensure efficient execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in creative production, content production or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of photography and content production workflows
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines and suppliers

Preferred

  • Experience within a consumer brand, retail or agency environment
  • Knowledge of food, lifestyle, homeware or cookware production
  • Experience working within an in-house studio environment
  • Understanding of social, digital and e-commerce content requirements
