Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent brand and recruitment marketing strategies aligned to hiring priorities and business needs
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to translate hiring demand into targeted attraction campaigns
• Create and deliver multi-channel campaigns (social, digital, careers site, email, events) to drive candidate engagement and pipeline creation
• Lead the development of employer brand content, including employee stories, videos, and messaging aligned to Visa’s EVP
• Manage and optimize careers site content, landing pages, and digital assets to enhance candidate experience and conversion
• Utilize data and insights to measure campaign performance, provide recommendations, and continuously improve effectiveness
• Act as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring teams on talent branding, differentiation, and go-to-market strategies
• Support employee advocacy initiatives to amplify Visa’s brand through internal voices and social channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing and Communications) to ensure consistent and inclusive messaging
• Contribute to global and regional talent brand initiatives, tools, and playbooks

Requirements

• Strong experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing and digital marketing
• Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and content strategies
• Experience working with Talent Acquisition teams, digital platforms, social media, and employer branding tools
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in a consultative, influencing role
• Fluency with AI tools - an ability to use these to drive efficiency and productivity

Preferred

• Experience in a global organization or matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition dynamics
• Experience using CRM/ATS platforms and marketing tools (e.g., campaign platforms, analytics tools)
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling
