Job Summary

Own UK brand and demand enablement through a joined-up events, content, and field-marketing program that ties market positioning to pipeline.

  • Lead the plan, execution and ROI tracking of UK marketing and events to build a trusted brand and qualified referrals.
  • Own content, collateral, campaigns, and co-marketing with partners to drive engagement with clients, prospects, and introducers.
  • Align with front office on lead routing, SLAs, and post-event follow-ups, with a robust measurement framework and KPI tracking.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to & implement UK marketing and events strategy to establish a distinctive trusted brand
  • Leverage off communication and engagement channels with clients, prospects and professional introducers to increase qualified referrals
  • Define content and marketing collateral for clients, prospects and business introducers to strengthen brand visibility
  • Plan and organise events for clients, prospects and professional introducers
  • Define event ROI tracking and follow up process
  • Generate marketing-led opportunities through co creation of content and events with external partners
  • Support AM in marketing initiatives and events
  • Implement UK marketing and business development strategy across digital and traditional channels aligned to business objectives and brand positioning
  • Lead audience segmentation and value proposition development for clients, prospects, and professional introducers
  • Establish a robust measurement framework with monthly and quarterly reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years' relevant experience in WM/ AM
  • Long experience with media relations – minimum of 5 years in dealing with media requests and existing network of journalists in the UK
  • Content editing / Copywriting – Excellent written communications skills; experience to write, rewrite or edit complex /investment communications with a strong command of English
  • Project management – The ability to articulate complex projects with different stakeholders; good experience to lead the planning, development, and execution of specific projects
  • Knowledge of client marketing and compliance guidelines
  • Legal understanding of intellectual property issues related to brand usage
