Job Summary

Own multi-channel channel marketing campaigns and data-driven activation to drive direct sales, coordinating Direct Mail, OOH, press and digital media while aligning creative, data, and production with brand and GDPR guidelines.

  • Channel ownership: drive end-to-end campaigns across offline and digital channels to generate qualified leads and conversions.
  • Execution & governance: manage creative briefs, print production, budgets, timelines, and cross-team messaging.
  • Analytics & compliance: oversee segmentation, lifecycle communications, tracking, performance analysis, and GDPR/ASA adherence.

Job Description

Own channel marketing end-to-end across offline and digital campaigns to drive direct sales, ensure data-driven planning, and manage print/production and brand response across multiple channels.

  • Responsibilities: The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by creating and delivering campaigns using Direct Mail, Leafleting, OOH, Local Press, TV, Digital Radio and creating D2D sales support material.
  • Responsibilities: This role has a wide remit as is responsible for all lead generation collateral, brand response creative and media planning to direct sales driving activity.
  • Responsibilities: We require an enthusiastic, confident, highly organised and diligent marketer willing to get involved in all campaigns that come our way! Excellent execution is critical in the fast-paced environment
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for Direct Mail campaigns to drive sales from our prospect base. This includes briefing Analytics for data strategy, briefing the creative and print production agencies, managing the approval process to ensuing all activity meets budget and timelines.
  • Responsibilities: DM campaigns include monthly mailings to prospects, home-movers to BAU pre-live and go-live communications.
  • Responsibilities: Own the data contact strategy using segmentation and lifecycle communications and creating campaign concepts targeted at each audience with all activity tracked and performance analysed
  • Responsibilities: Managing the print production agency to ensure direct mailings are to budget and meet target timelines. Ensure we are driving cost efficiency and print consistency across all the Community Fibre collateral by collaborating with Landlord and Business teams.
  • Responsibilities: Managing brand response campaigns to support Direct Sales – these include OOH, Local Press, Digital Radio, TV and liaising with social media, PR and Sales teams
  • Responsibilities: Responsible for the delivery of Door-to-Door and events sales and marketing collateral to drive pre-sale prospects and assist conversion of leads.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure brand and acquisition emails and SMS are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Requirements: BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of offline marketing experience
  • Requirements: Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English
  • Requirements: Understanding of current UK data protection legislation and regulations
  • Nice_to_have: Experience within the telecommunications industry is beneficial
  • Nice_to_have: Demonstrated experience in creative and copywriting, campaign management
  • Nice_to_have: Commercially focused and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
