Job Description

Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for a Brand Partnership Manager to lead the development and delivery of impactful sponsorship and partnership activations for Crufts. This is an opportunity to bring partnerships to life in a way that feels authentic, commercially effective and true to our brand - driving value for partners while strengthening audience engagement and brand reputation.
  • Leading the planning and delivery of integrated partnership campaigns, from concept through to execution across multiple channels
  • Acting as the primary marketing contact for partners, building strong, collaborative relationships that deliver mutual value
  • Shaping co-branded campaign ideas and supporting pitches with clear, insight-led proposals
  • Working closely with brand, commercial and internal teams to align partner activity with wider marketing plans and revenue goals
  • Delivering standout sponsor activations at Crufts and other key events, ensuring all contractual requirements are met
  • Identifying and maximising content and audience opportunities across partner and owned channels
  • Monitoring campaign performance, optimising activity in-flight and delivering clear, insight-led reporting
  • Managing budgets across activations, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to evolve partnerships and unlock new commercial potential

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing sponsorships and partnerships, ideally across multiple categories
  • Strong background in integrated campaign planning and delivery
  • Confidence developing partnership strategies and turning insight into action
  • Experience leading campaigns end-to-end, with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Commercial awareness, with a focus on delivering value, retention and revenue growth
  • Solid analytical skills, with experience tracking performance and optimisation campaigns
  • Experience managing budgets and balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
