Job Summary

Own content creation and optimization across paid and organic channels, collaborating on creative concepts and asset library with a focus on authentic storytelling and performance insights.

Content Ownership: Produce video and static assets for campaigns and maintain a growing creative library.
Creative Testing: Partner on developing and testing concepts to improve engagement and brand lift.
Performance-Driven: Use content performance data to inform future creative development and SEO-aligned content growth.

Job Description

Create engaging video and static content for paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns
Produce short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
Support content creation for website, blog and email marketing campaigns
Ensure content follows search and content optimisation best practices and contributes to organic growth
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Digital Growth Manager to develop and test creative concepts
Attend events and company activities to help capture content and tell compelling stories
Monitor content performance and use insights to inform future creative development
Help build and maintain a library of creative assets
Help bring the Wellford brand to life across all marketing channels and ensure content remains consistent with brand guidelines

Strong video creation and editing skills, with experience producing engaging content for social media and paid advertising
Strong understanding of how content can support brand building, audience engagement and business growth
Natural storytelling ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using AI tools to support content ideation, research, production and workflow efficiency
Understanding of content optimisation principles and how content can improve visibility across search engines, AI assistants and other digital discovery platforms
Creative, curious and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Passionate about keeping up to date with social media trends and creating authentic content that connects with audiences and drives engagement

Proficiency with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Basic motion graphics or animation experience a plus
Experience within healthcare, wellness, consumer or lifestyle brands
