Job Summary

Brand Ambassador will represent ZYMIX, engage the public, drive app downloads via QR codes, explain features, and support a welcoming event presence while collaborating with teammates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent the ZYMIX brand in a professional and friendly manner
Engage with members of the public and introduce our app
Encourage people to download and register through your QR code
Explain basic app features and answer simple questions
Work alongside teammates during promotional events
Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our campaign locations

Requirements

Friendly, confident and approachable personality
Comfortable speaking with new people
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good English communication skills

Preferred

Previous promotional, retail or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
