Job Summary

Own on the ground brand presence at events, turning sampling into interest and feedback into action.

  • Brand Activation: represent the brand at events and promotions, driving trials and engagement.
  • Feedback Loop: collect customer insights and relay to marketing for quick wins and iteration.
  • Operations & Messaging: set up displays, distribute materials, and maintain confident, consistent brand messaging across venues.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest in our products or services
  • Encouraged product trials by offering free samples and explaining key features and benefits.
  • Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively to maximise outreach
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement
  • Conduct samplings at various venues
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand’s values, products, and campaigns to communicate confidently
  • Assist in setting up and packing down event displays and promotional stations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all activities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for representing brands positively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to attend events during evenings and weekends as required

Preferred

  • Bartending experience (Not necessary, but preferred)
