Job Summary

Own and optimize EMEA partner-driven demand generation by aligning regional channel programs with global campaigns, enabling partners with messaging and assets, and tracking performance to drive pipeline.

  • Channel Marketing Ownership: localize global campaigns, activate MDF, and coordinate multi-channel demand generation with partners.
  • Partner Enablement & Growth: develop partner toolkits, onboarding, and enablement to accelerate co-marketing and joint planning.
  • Measurement & Optimization: monitor KPIs, report on performance, and adjust tactics based on data insights to maximize pipeline and partner engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Support the execution of EMEA channel marketing plans aligned with regional revenue goals
  • Localize and activate global campaigns for EMEA markets
  • Assist in building joint marketing plans with key channel partners
  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) processes and reporting
  • Coordinate campaign execution including email, digital, webinars, and in-person events
  • Partner Engagement & Enablement
  • Collaborate with channel sales managers to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop partner-facing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box programs
  • Support onboarding and enablement initiatives for new partners

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing
  • Experience working across EMEA markets
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems (VARs, distributors, system integrators)
  • Experience managing MDF budgets
