Job Summary

Own cross‑channel paid media and data-driven optimization for multiple client campaigns, balancing reach, ROI, and insights across Google Ads, Facebook and other social channels.

  • Growth/Advertising: Manage end‑to‑end campaigns across search, social, and display with tight budget and KPI ownership.
  • Measurement: Track performance with Analytics, GTM, and DoubleClick to inform optimizations and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Align with creative teams on ad content and stay ahead of platform changes and new tools.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimise advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels.
  • Manage media buying activities to maximise reach and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise campaigns for SEO and PPC to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse campaign data to generate insights and prepare detailed reports for clients or internal teams.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content tailored to target audiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including changes in platform algorithms and new advertising tools.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC Campaign Management, Media Buying, SEO optimisation, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in analysing data with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and DoubleClick to inform campaign strategies.
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords best practices and experience with optimisation techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, including audience targeting, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
