Job Description

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record with driving growth in a subscription business model both in the US and internationally.
This leader must be an innovative thinker who can put our brand in the cultural zeitgeist, while also understanding the business metrics to create campaigns that result in subscriber acquisition and retention.
To complement our Content Marketing team, we are looking for a leader to help develop and strengthen the brand marketing strategy for Apple TV to continue growing our platform and business.
This leader must be incredibly collaborative and cross-functional, understanding all touch points of bringing a brand to life in marketing while partnering across the business teams, product design teams, local in-market teams, PR, Creative, Media, Operations, and more.
Description: Apple TV, our Marketing team creates world-class campaigns that connect people with high-quality and meaningful stories on Apple TV while building awareness and love for our brand.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in driving strategic campaigns for brands, with particular expertise in streaming and/or entertainment environments.
Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, building and leading teams.
Experience of subscription business lifecycle metrics and measurement.
International experience and/or experience working with international teams.

Preferred

Proven marketing leader with an established track record and career progression, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner cross-functionally across Business strategy and growth, Marketing, PR/Communications, Content, and other internal partner teams.
Proven experience running multi touchpoint 360 degree brand campaigns, from strategy to execution, both paid and organic, and delivering desired outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to convey ideas simply and clearly in interpersonal, presentation, and document form.
Brings a highly strategic and analytical approach to decisions and problem-solving.
