Job Summary

Own end to end client program management for multi-channel marketing across financial services and healthcare.

Own relationship management and project execution across traditional, digital, social, and video channels.
Lead client meetings, gather input, present recommendations, and translate feedback into briefs and plans.
Ensure quality and timely delivery by reviewing deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage multiple client accounts, keeping projects on schedule and on budget
Lead client meetings and calls - gathering input, presenting work, and making recommendations
Write creative briefs that give internal teams the direction they need
Review deliverables for quality before they reach the client
Coordinate across traditional, digital, social, and video channels
Maintain light evening availability (a quick check around 8 p.m. ET) to support west coast clients

Requirements

3+ years in marketing, account management, or project management
Proven ability to manage client relationships and run projects independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with MS Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Ability to work hybrid from our Telford, PA office
