Define and own Americas PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility, desirability, and authority.
Ensure PR narratives ladder seamlessly into broader brand and communication strategies across the US market.
Build frameworks, playbooks, and processes that ensure PR excellence and consistency.
Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder, and senior leadership on brand narrative and cultural storytelling.
Lead and evolve the PR function to set industry benchmarks in storytelling, influence, and thought leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global editors, key media, creators, and cultural voices.
Lead PR for major product launches, brand milestones, founder initiatives, and purpose-driven campaigns.
Architect storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand values around innovation, inclusivity, and ethics.
Represent Huda Beauty in high-level communications, including founder media preparation, interviews, messaging, and press opportunities.
Partner with internal communications to ensure internal narratives align with external brand storytelling.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.
Proven success leading large-scale global PR campaigns.
Deep understanding of classic and digital media landscapes.
Established global network of editors, journalists, creators, and talent reps.
Strong crisis communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Multilingual and American market experience is a plus.
