Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management of the North America business while partnering closely with the Director to execute strategic priorities.
Own the day-to-day management of brand initiatives across North America.
Develop a strong understanding of brand performance, retailer priorities, and commercial opportunities.
Partner with the Director to execute annual marketing strategies and business objectives.
Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Support development of annual business plans, launch calendars, and strategic initiatives.
Build strong cross-functional relationships that enable efficient decision-making and execution.
Develop expertise across the North America retail landscape and partner with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure best-in-class brand execution.
Own execution of retailer marketing initiatives across Ulta Beauty, department stores, and specialty retail partners.
Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to execute retailer-specific marketing programs and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Category Management, or Consumer Marketing
Experience supporting omnichannel retail businesses within prestige beauty or consumer goods
Strong understanding of retail marketing, commercial strategy, and consumer behavior
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business performance data
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
