Job Summary

Own proposal production and marketing materials by turning RFP/Q responses, firm data, and visuals into win-ready submissions for architecture and engineering clients.

RFP/Q Management: Own responses, edits, and executive-ready submissions to capture new projects.
Marketing Ops: Maintain proposal data and Salesforce CRM leads to keep the funnel clean and actionable.
Asset & Presentation: Gather rights, renderings, and project visuals; craft resumes and firm descriptions for proposals and interviews.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The candidate must have experience, writing, generating, and editing proposals, a good eye for graphics and capabilities thereof. This position will work with senior staff at the firm including our firms' principals and will report to the Director of Marketing.
Receive, prepare, and submit responses for Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q)
Maintain proposal data, CRM info and leads in Salesforce CRM.
Create and edit resumes, project descriptions, and firm data are developed and maintained
Prepare general firm info like questionnaires.
Obtain project images and rights to use; renderings, drawings, and photography; Work with Open Asset.
Prepare award submittals for competitions.
Assist with daily function of the marketing group, ensuring efficient workflow, and communications.
Participate in business dept strategic planning meetings, representing marketing initiatives to management
Create presentations and interview marketing materials,

Requirements

1+ years of A/E/C marketing experience; college degree is preferred
Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop) a must
Salesforce CRM or comparable preferred
Self-directed, able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision in deadline-sensitive environment
Understanding of architectural engineering and construction industry
Creative with a thorough understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and clients.
Excellent communication, organizational, inter-personal skills, and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
