Job Summary

Own the proposal lifecycle from prequalification to award submissions while tightly managing library upkeep, project pursuit tracking, and events support.

  • Proposal lifecycle ownership: annual prequalification submissions, RFQ/RFP responses, and up-to-date resumes/case studies/project experience.
  • Project data and collateral operations: maintain project database, pursuit tracking, schedule photo shoots, and support award submissions.
  • Events and external comms support: assist with events, collateral and swag, and coordinate information flow to an external PR agency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and perform annual prequalification submissions.
  • Produce RFQ/RFP responses under the direction of the Senior Marketing Director.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance/updates of essential proposal components, i.e., resumes, project experience, case studies, bonding capacity, insurance limits.
  • Create project profiles upon project completion.
  • Perform continuous maintenance/updating of project database and all project pursuit tracking systems.
  • Schedule photo shoots.
  • Work with the Marketing Team in production of award submissions and development of collateral material.
  • Maintain marketing collateral and swag item inventory.
  • Assist in planning and execution of special events, i.e., groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies.
  • Assist with collection of information for release to outside PR agency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in A/E/C industry marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Expertise in contemporary proposal layout
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline intensive environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
