Look broadly across the company at the data available and develop a plan to use that data to drive more acquisitions.

Requirements

10+ years in performance marketing with 2+ years in leadership roles.
Strong preference for financial services experience or other regulated industry, such as insurance or pharmaceuticals.
Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic DSPs, etc, with a strong curiosity about how to make new and emerging channels work for the company.
Ability to communicate and manage, at all levels of the company, complex concepts into meaningful, actionable items.
