Job Summary

Own cross-brand marketing execution and go-to-market for launches, driving channel-rotation, content activation, and media ROI through coordinated campaigns, partnerships, and analytics with Sales, R&D, and Finance support.

Lead integrated digital campaigns across social platforms, channel planning, and creative optimization.
Drive GTM launches, limited-time offers, and seasonal promotions with cross-functional teams and analytics.
Manage agency partners, influencer programs, and sales enablement for in-store and e-commerce activation.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Support development and execution of annual marketing plans for RollerBites and Eisenberg - Ensure all activities align with brand positioning, growth objectives, and customer priorities - Support expansion into new occasions, channels, and product formats - Lead digital marketing campaign execution across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging channels - Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize media performance, targeting, creative, and ROI - Monitor campaign analytics and recommend optimizations based on performance insights - Support development of content calendars, social media activations, and influencer partnerships - Assist in management of brand websites, digital assets, and ecommerce content - Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both brands - Manage timelines, deliverables, and agency relationships to ensure high-quality execution Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) - 3+ years of experience in CPG, food/beverage, or a related industry - Experience in brand management, digital marketing, innovation, or commercialization - Strong background in digital marketing, including social media, media planning, analytics, and campaign execution required - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and action - Strong project management and communication skills - Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with external agency partners Nice-to-have - MBA is a plus Benefits - Enjoy top-tier Medical, Dental, Vision coverage. - Pet Insurance. - Wellness Plan and Free Gym Access. - Employee Tuition Reimbursement. - College Scholarship for dependents. - Bonus Program Available to Our Salary and Hourly Employees. - Generous 401k Company Match. - Competitive Paid Time Off. - Company-Sponsored Life Insurance Coverage. - Relocation Assistance for a Smooth Transition.
