Responsibilities

High-Volume Creator & Influencer Outreach: Execute aggressive daily outreach (50-100+ outbound DMs/emails per day) to identify, recruit, and follow up with content creators and beauty influencers.
Pipeline Management: Track and maintain relationships to ensure a relentless, steady stream of user-generated content (UGC) and product reviews.
Platform Mastery: Leverage the TikTok and Instagram ecosystems to scout upcoming talent and drive brand awareness.
End-to-End Content Creation: Shoot & Edit high-quality video and photo content in the clinic; fast editing (CapCut/InShot/Premiere); add voice-overs; turn raw footage into engaging clips on the fly.
Format Mastery: Produce trending Reels, TikToks, Stories, and static images that match our high-end clinical aesthetic.
Collaboration: Work with internal team of estheticians to capture live treatments and educational material.
Community Execution: Scheduling social media calendars across all brand platforms; Engagement as the digital face; manage DMs, comments, and daily community interactions.

Requirements

Must-have ability to perform high-volume outreach (50-100+ outbound DMs/emails per day)
Must-have ownership mindset: able to take extreme ownership of daily output and metrics
Must-have video editing skills and ability to turn raw footage into a dynamic TikTok/Reel within 15 minutes
Must-have genuine interest in clinical-grade skincare, aesthetic treatments, and wellness trends
Must-have ability to travel to and work out of Paramus, NJ clinic consistently
Tools: CapCut, InShot, Premiere proficiency
Experience creating and editing social media content (TikTok, Instagram)
Experience shooting and editing content in a clinical or beauty setting
