Responsibilities

Travel frequently across the U.S. to lead and execute live event activations
Manage on-site operations, ensuring events run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of event equipment and experiences
Represent Digital Events professionally when interacting with clients, partners, and attendees
Troubleshoot in real time and adapt quickly to changing event conditions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure each activation meets client expectations

Requirements

Willingness and ability to travel weekly for events (often multiple days at a time)
Must reside within a one-hour driving distance of Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in dynamic, high-energy environments
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight timelines
