Job Description

Responsibilities

Support execution of 10–20 quarterly B2B marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, roadshows, and workshops
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including travel, hotels, meals, shipping, and attendee communications
Manage trade show operations, including paperwork, show orders, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor/venue relationships
Initiate and manage requests for booth graphics, email campaigns, and social media assets
Partner with Product Line Managers and Operations teams to secure and deliver product demos
Oversee packing, shipping, and on-time delivery of booths, products, collateral, and promotional items
Provide real-time logistical and administrative support for live events and trade shows (remote coordination)
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution
Support product demos, booth setup, and distribution of event materials
Upload and manage post-event leads within marketing automation platforms

Requirements

Must be from one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, LA, MN, NV, TX, UT, WI
3-5 years of experience in corporate or B2B event environments
Experience with large corporate events in B2B space
Experience supporting trade shows, webinars, or marketing-driven events (non-social/private events preferred)
Experience working within a large organization (1,000+ employees) or complex, cross-functional environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Ability to coordinate across global teams and manage competing priorities
Strong ownership mindset with consistent follow-through on deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management
Experience with enterprise marketing systems (e.g., ticketing or project management platforms)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
