Job Summary

Own the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across email, on-site promotions, and retail media, while helping define and improve operational documentation and ensuring QA for third-party ad campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the execution of digital campaigns through email, on-site promotions, and retail media.
Work with the cross-functional team to create and/or enhance operational documentation.
Implement, QA, and troubleshoot ad campaigns using 3rd party ad platforms.
Test creative and landing pages to ensure proper functionality.

Requirements

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently while proactively learning new technologies and processes.
Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, campaign QA, personalization, and deliverability concepts.
Experience working within Email Service Providers (ESPs) and/or marketing automation platforms such as Marigold/Cheetah, Knak, Appcues, MailGun, MailJet or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and performance reporting.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Preferred

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations preferred.
Experience building, testing, and deploying email campaigns is a plus.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing and troubleshooting preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems, customer data, and lifecycle marketing concepts a plus.
Understanding of digital marketing KPIs including open rate, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, CPA, and engagement metrics preferred.
