Job Description

Coordinate multi-channel content production by aligning schedules, assets, and cross‑functional reviews to deliver high‑impact campaigns, while standardizing asset libraries, QA checks, and post‑campaign learnings to improve efficiency and outcomes.

  • Content Operations: Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple content initiatives with cross‑functional alignment.
  • Asset & Library Management: Organize and tag creative files, track versions, and maintain shared drives for transparency and collaboration.
  • Production Scheduling & Meetings: Coordinate schedules and cross‑team communication to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Publishing & Publishing Alignment: Format, upload, and publish assets across digital channels in collaboration with DX, channel owners, and Marketing, aligned to audience targeting and KPIs.
  • Cross‑Team Review & Approvals: Route materials for review and secure approvals in line with brand and project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency prior to publication.
  • Webinar Series Production: Support production and amplification of the Wednesday Webinar Series with topic-aligned follow‑ups.
  • Performance & Insights: Compile post‑campaign metrics and production insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Operational Enhancement: Capture best practices and refine workflows to strengthen cross‑team efficiency.
