Responsibilities

Assist the team with identifying and managing paid social campaigns
Daily media campaign management across several social platforms, including: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit.
Strategize social media tactics, technology and make budget recommendations.
Utilize your analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and provide creative optimizations.
Troubleshoot issues and making recommendations.

Requirements

3+ months of hands-on experience in execution & optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus in Paid Social is desired
A strong interest in the advertising, media planning/buying industry, and paid media
Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall social performance and paid campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs of social platforms)
A passionate, resourceful, curious problem-solver
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Enjoy and understand working with data, numbers (especially via Microsoft Excel)
Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas and opportunities
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
