Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead operational strategic content supply chain planning and project execution across Brand, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, external Agency, LCCI, Lilly Marketing Studios, and cross-functional partners.
Accountable for strategic brand planning and content operations across multiple brand archetypes, driving key metrics like quality, speed, value, throughput, productivity, team health, reuse, and compliance.
Connect brand strategy to campaign level execution; advise on capacity and resource utilization within a blended agency model to meet customer experience objectives.
Foster internal and external partnerships to inspire adoption and pull-through of content solutions.
Rapidly escalate issues to leadership and drive trade-off decisions across the content supply chain when needed.
Recommend coaching or corrective actions to maintain team health across partners involved in content execution and ensure timely delivery aligned with marketing needs and brand positioning.
Act as the initial point of contact for content supply chain questions and manage the overall content supply chain workflow.
