Requirements

6–10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, strategic planning, and customer experience, with a focus on DTC engagement
Proven success in developing omnichannel strategies for a launch, targeting Consumers
A true collaborator that has worked on large scale projects across multiple digital properties - the true dot connector.
Expertise in leveraging insights, data, and segmentation to shape HCP engagement plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Experience building client relationships and delivering compelling presentations.
A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
