Responsibilities

Own and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and X, driving scalable customer acquisition and maintaining strong CAC and LTV:CAC ratios
Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets exceeding $3 million, ensuring efficiency and growth targets are met
Collaborate with creative teams to develop hypotheses, prioritize production, test creatives, and interpret results to inform campaign strategies
Build and execute structured testing programs across creative assets, audience segments, bidding strategies, and funnel tactics
Partner with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Product, and Creative to launch and scale new initiatives and full-funnel media campaigns
Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
Automate and refine reporting processes to enable rapid, confident decision-making with minimal support
Contribute to transforming paid social from a performance channel into a durable, high-impact growth engine across the full marketing funnel

Requirements

3+ years of digital marketing experience in a data-driven growth or performance marketing role focused on paid social in a B2C environment
Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
Experience managing monthly budgets of $3M+ with a focus on metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and LTV
Deep understanding of mobile acquisition measurement tools including MMPs, SKAdNetwork, attribution, and bid management
Strong background in building and operationalizing creative testing pipelines across audience, creative, bidding, and funnel strategies
Ownership experience with accountability for campaign performance and budget scaling
Ability to independently analyze data, build reports, and communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive ownership mindset
Experience with full-funnel media initiatives and launching new offerings in collaboration with product and creative teams
