Job Summary

This role owns Shopify storefront performance, paid media, and conversion rate optimization for a luxury fragrance brand, with a strong emphasis on conversions and AOV. It requires hands-on Shopify, Meta and Google Ads management, data-driven decision making, and cross-channel coordination. The position also involves tracking and reporting on revenue outcomes and translating insights into actionable business moves.

Manage and optimize the French Factor Shopify storefront for conversions
Oversee product setup, collections, pricing, and merchandising
Implement AOV growth strategies: bundles, upsells, gifting, cross-sells
Conduct weekly site performance reviews and continuous optimization
Execute and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+ Shopping, remarketing)
Manage Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, Search)
Weekly budget optimization — cut underperformers, scale winners
Analyze creative performance and brief the design team on improvements
Optimize product pages, cart flow, and checkout experience
Test and implement CRO initiatives to improve conversion and AOV

Requirements

Proven experience scaling a DTC ecommerce brand profitably
Expert-level Shopify knowledge — you've owned a storefront, not just used one
Hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience with real budget accountability
Strong analytical instincts — you act on data, not just report it
Understanding of luxury or prestige brand marketing constraints
Comfort managing multiple channels simultaneously
