Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Ecommerce Growth
  • Own day-to-day marketplace performance to increase discoverability, share of search, conversion, and revenue.
  • Manage performance KPI achievement for assigned marketplace(s), including traffic, conversion, revenue, and digital shelf health.
  • Conduct regular audits of pricing, availability, and content quality and fulfillment performance.
  • Optimize digital shelf presence including product content, SEO, images, enhanced content, and catalog integrity.
  • Execute Ecommerce Merchandising & Promotions
  • Plan and execute promotional strategies including pricing actions, rollbacks, coupons, and exclusive marketplace offers.
  • Support marketplace pricing strategy by analyzing competitive positioning, margin tradeoffs, and promotional ROI.
  • Align promotional calendars with brand, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Partner with supply chain and finance to ensure inventory and allocations support ecommerce demand.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally
  • Work closely with Marketing, Web Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support ecommerce execution.
  • Resolve listing, fulfillment, and operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on marketplace platforms and ecommerce best practices.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics
  • Work with Business Analytics team to build, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Translate marketplace data into root cause analysis, clear corrective/optimization actions and performance improvements.
  • Test, Learn, and Optimize
  • Design and execute ongoing tests across content, pricing, promotions, and assortment to drive continuous ecommerce improvement.
  • Apply learnings from tests and analytics to refine marketplace strategies and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of ecommerce, marketplace, or digital merchandising experience.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or similar ecommerce ecosystems.
  • Experience managing marketplace item setup, catalog integrity, and promotional execution in 3P or hybrid ecommerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital shelf optimization, and ecommerce merchandising fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn ecommerce data into action.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred

  • Prior marketplace experience at a smaller brand, agency, or retailer.
