Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Ownership & Creation: Lead writer producing high-quality content across channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and sales materials
Own content from brief through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice
Partner closely with design to develop visually compelling, on-brand assets
Proactively identify content needs and bring forward recommendations based on business priorities
Support internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization
Channel & Campaign Execution: Own execution of B2B marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives from planning through launch
Manage timelines, assets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
Execute content distribution across key channels (LinkedIn, website, email, etc.)
Identify gaps, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure initiatives continue moving without delays
Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Own execution of Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, asset coordination, keyword alignment, and performance monitoring

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or related roles
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Exceptional writing and editing ability—with pride in delivering clear, compelling, and error-free content. Strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt tone and style across formats
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content
Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus or accuracy
Experience executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress; Adobe Creative Cloud a plus)
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred

Financial services, payments, or loyalty/rewards experience is a plus
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid social platforms
Experience contributing to SEO and AI-driven content optimization
Strong sense of ownership and accountability; takes initiative and independently drives work forward with minimal oversight
Proactive communicator who identifies gaps, asks the right questions, and keeps work moving
