Responsibilities

• oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• collaborate with affiliates, track and analyze campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• building strong relationships with partners, creating promotional assets, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the company's affiliate marketing efforts remain competitive.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Affiliate Marketing, Online Marketing, and Digital Marketing strategies
• Proficiency in general Marketing skills, including campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis
• Excellent Communication skills, including building and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners
• Analytical mindset to track, report, and optimize affiliate program performance metrics
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred

• Experience with affiliate management tools and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
