Job Summary

Own the nonprofit communications and donor relations program, leading event logistics, annual communications, CRM data integrity, donor appeals, and reporting while coordinating with leadership.

Updates content of the website with assistance from vendor as needed
Ensures messaging and communication activities are in alignment with IndyGo
Manages tracking and fulfillment of donor benefits
Assists in creation of donor appeals, emails and letters
Responsible for the data integrity of the CRM (currently Raiser’s Edge but transitioning to Bloomerang)
Extracts mailing lists, donor lists and reports from the CRM

Requirements

Experience with Raiser’s Edge or Bloomerang CRM is strongly preferred.
At least 3 years of experience working in a non-profit organization and/or office environment.
A high school diploma or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
