Job Summary

Own and coordinate multi-platform sports partnerships from ideation through activation, translating client briefs into customized adaptations, performance tracking, and strategic recaps aligned with brand goals.

Execution & activation: implement cross-channel media plans, track KPIs, and manage approvals and timelines.
Insights & optimization: provide trends and performance reviews to optimize future sponsorships with the Marketing Science team.
Client-facing planning: lead timeline tracking and internal/external approvals to keep programs on track.
Idea generation & sell-through: assist with sports concept development within agency teams and support client-facing sell-through.
Custom integrations: work with clients/networks/leagues to adapt elements to fit the overall program.
Asset mix & branding: aid in determining optimal asset mix and branding elements within sponsorship proposals.
Cross-platform activation: employ strategies across partnerships to deliver on KPIs.
Implementation & valuation: manage cross-channel media activation and its valuation for reporting.
Program recaps: construct and present impactful recaps to optimize future strategy with Marketing Science.

Requirements

2 years+ in the sports marketing/media industry, with an understanding of how to plan and execute multiple media channels and sponsorship types
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple lines of communication, track and maintain robust budgets, and prioritize many simultaneous deliverables
Extremely strong communicator, both written and verbal, in-person and online
Creative thinker who has the ability to develop unique ideas, solutions, and programs
Strong background in client services and account management

Preferred

Passion for sports and experience working within sports marketing and/or media landscape preferred
Experience with sports media partners, leagues, teams, athletes preferred
