Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional content.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and product launches to engage with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to improve future strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing role or related field (internships or part-time experience are also considered).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, MailChimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and building relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
