Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Assistant Account Executive effectively supports activation programs including but not limited to research, logistics, planning, some client interaction and reporting, and assists the Account Executive on mentoring junior staff as requested.
  • Helps to manage client events, actively participates in the daily tasks involved and procures venues
  • Helps to manage the permit process completed by the Program Coordinator, including payment and tracking, may also be required to secure permits when necessary
  • Based on program, serves as the first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors, Field Managers, Tour Managers; including problem solving and issue escalation
  • Creates and manages program schedules and/or calendars based on event research
  • Communicates with vendors regarding program sourcing needs
  • Oversees event logistics handled by Project Coordinator or Intern
  • Helps track and review field inventory updates with AE and PM
  • Market travel as needed for audits and trainings
  • May have direct contact with clients for some day-to-day requests (Account Management)

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in communications, liberal arts, business or marketing
  • Experience: Two years of project management work experience. Experiential marketing experience preferred
  • Skills & Abilities Required: Strong writing, editing, listening & verbal communications skills. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing & organizing. Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated & able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually. Great at time management, follow up, & results driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
