Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee all post-buy aspects of a National Campaign and manage the execution of dynamic digital campaigns
Serve as a liaison between the National Sales team, national customers, IT, and local Lamar offices to troubleshoot and drive resolutions during the life cycle of the campaign
Oversee day-to-day communication of material delivery, installation updates, digital scheduling, and proof of performance delivery
Ensure scheduling and campaign compliance and uphold digital scheduling best practices
Provide a day-in-the-life workflow including posting instructions, asset audits, distribution to local offices, and daily status updates
Execute a high volume of digital scheduling daily and manage iSpot order coordination from start to finish
Manage client expectations and establish delivery deadlines; obtain assets from sellers, clients, or design agencies
Audit incoming proof of performance information for completion and accuracy; manage PRO projects from simple to complex
Attend weekly team meetings to provide campaign updates and reports to key stakeholders (national sales team, NOC, iSpot Team)
Identify and troubleshoot digital delivery issues; communicate implications to stakeholders

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years of related work experience is required
BA/BS Degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
Ability to work independently and act on one's own initiative
Ability to learn and implement new computer applications quickly and effectively
Ability to identify, analyze, and discuss issues and ideas clearly and effectively with all levels of staff, as well as customers and their production companies
Strong mediation skills
Critical and analytical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred

BA/BS Degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Previous work experience in media preferred
Basic understanding of IT language and technical requirements
Strong written (Email) and verbal communication skills (listed as desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Sheets) is listed under requirements but is a useful plus
