Develop, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
Build strategies around each client's goals, market, budget, offer, and audience.
Continuously test audiences, creative, messaging, offers, and campaign structures.
Make thoughtful, data-backed optimizations—not changes just for the sake of making changes.
Stay current on Meta advertising updates, tools, attribution, and best practices.
Own Performance
Monitor and understand performance across your accounts, including:
Leads and conversions
Cost per lead

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Strong experience with lead-generation campaigns
Experience managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations
Experience managing advertising budgets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to prioritize accounts effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
